Sjöboden

In a small, secluded cove down by the sea close to Svinnock you’ll find two small houses. Sjöboden, built from handaxed timber sits gently on the edge of the jetty. It’s a remarkable bedroom with panoramic views of the archipelago, and as the sun hits the sea in the afternoon the mirrored light sways softly over the raw-cut ceiling boards. Here you sleep to the sound of clucking waves and the smell of pine wood.

The house has an open fireplace, two double beds with a loft and a kettle for tea and coffee. Down here, the sea is your shower and a dry loo with the best view to be found is just 30m up the hill.

You are welcome to moor with your boat (up to 80ft) at our jetty. For extended stays or for more than two people consider to also rent our neighboring house Fiskarestugan. Fiskarestugan has a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessities including gas stove and oven. The house sleeps two in a double bed (stackable) and two love birds on a small loft.
